Any graphic you copy to the clipboard, can be saved to a bitmap file. These files can be viewed from within CopyText with the newly incorporated graphic viewer.

All contents of your clipboard history can be saved to a file either at the click of a button, or automatically on exit. Instead of you losing all clipboard entries when you exit the program, everything is saved to a file that you can look at either in a text editor, or with CopyText's own text viewer.

The floating toolbar (Floatbar) gives you access to the main entries on the System Tray menu. It can be set permanently on top of all the other applications you have currently running. The Clipboard Viewer supports 'Drag and Drop' of files and lets you update the clipboard 'on the fly'. The WhiteBoard supports 'Drag and Drop' of text from applications such as Microsoft's Word, Outlook, WordPad and other OLE compliant applications. Many other small fixes and additions make this an essential utility to have.

Many months ago, I altered the download page so I could get an idea on how many downloads there were for each product -I kept this up for about 4 months just to get a rough idea. This new approach did admittedly cause a few problems as the download 'Save' dialogue box did not instantly appear. It was easy to press the button a few times and therefore give inaccurate results. I averaged out the figures to produce a chart with the number of downloads for CopyText 5, CopyText 3 and OnTopOCX. The chart can be found here.
